Russian currency is known as Ruble or Ruble. It is the currency which is used in Russia. Apart from conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Ruble is still maintaining consistency of doing well. Ruble still gain power in the global marketing by getting stronger. Ruble is getting strong due to the following circumstances.
NATURAL RESOURCES, Russia have natural resources of oil and gas. These commodities are highly demanded by nations. Russia export much more these commodities and making the economy if the country more stronger and then maintaining their currency more worth. Despite of the war Russian is still selling of their oil and gas into the various global countries. Production increases the availability of of resources and hence making economy more strong.
GOVERNMENT POLICIES, Russian have put policies in the trading of oil and gas. When nation demand oil or gas they are required to purchase it by using their currency (ruble). This makes ruble more demanded and it is value increases. Government policies also influence investors to make a profit from the short term fluctuation of the market. When crisis occurss investors and traders use this opportunity to diversify their portifolios into various economics resources. As crisis always bring about high volatility of the market and hence leading to the high movements of the market. Investing in ruble makes it more stronger and hence making the currency price to rise more.
CENTRAL BANKS, Due to the war central banks have intervened in the to control money supply. They have made the laws that prevents inflation and set good interest rate that make ruble doing well. Low inflation rate and interest rate attract investors and traders to invest in Russian ruble and leading the strengthening of the currency. It makes economic more stable and then make Russian ruble more strong and investors and traders increasing the confidence in investing of the Russian ruble
